The social era is more than social media is a great article. The idea that companies are using consumers as co-creators rather than just buyers is interesting.

I agree, the article has powerful ideas and broadens the conception of what we usually think of as social. The term "social media" is thrown around so much that it looses some of its power, Viewing the social, the consumers, as creators and directors is certainly a powerful means of guiding a company. I like the broad scope of the article in engaging society, within and without the company's doors.
